Payment terms are as outlined in main agreement. Otherwise terms are as follows:

For agreements less than $2,000, entire amount is due before work begins. For agreements greater than $2,000, half is due on order, balance is due when product is available for use or substantially completed. For any outstanding balances, interest is 18% or highest amount allowed by law. Customer is to pay all collection and attorney fees.

If payment terms are not met, Kemteck Inc has the option of discontinuing or interrupting services, which could include suspension of email accounts, suspension of availability for public viewing, and suspension of other internet services provided by Kemteck Inc.
