Kemteck Admin Directory 1.1 is a practical and easy to use web-based directory system to save and edit contact information for your groups, employees or individuals. Directory is updated easily through your Internet connection on any computer – anywhere, anytime.

  • The perfect tool for companies with web-based employee directories. The administrator can change and update their addresses, phone numbers, email or other information as needed and when they want.

  • Schools and churches can have their administrator be responsible for updated contact information.

  • Any group can place the responsibility of directory management upon specified administration members. Kemteck Admin Directory 1.1 is a secure way to manage directories because only individuals with a password can change and update information.

How It Works

  • Kemteck Admin Directory 1.1 is web based, meaning it resides on our servers and is accessible through the Internet.

  • A link is created on your web site, which goes to the Directory home page.

  • The Directory home page has following: optional advertising boxes, account setup link, account administration link, get password link, featured listings, search and alphabetical categories (abc, def, ghi, jkl, mno, pqrs, tuv, wxyz). See descriptions below.

  • Optional Advertising Boxes: You will be able to sell advertising space to help offset your investment in Directory.

  • Account Setup: The link brings up a page that asks for a user name and password to access the account set up area. The account set up area requires the member to enter information. Once the information is entered the member gives a password to use for account administration

  • Account Administration: The account administration area is where administrators will set up and/or change their directory information. They simply click on link, enter their password, make changes, click submit and they’re done.

  • Search: Directory can be searched by entering a first name, last name, department, specialty, address, phone, city, zip, etc.

  • Alphabetical Categories: Directory is organized alphabetically and the home page displays alphabetical categories only. When a user clicks on the categories, alphabetical listings appear. Optional featured listings will appear first. Use featured listings to help offset the investment in Directory.

  • Directory looks like a regular phone directory on the Internet with search functions to make the directory a simple system to use.

  • Standard input data with search capabilities which includes: first name, last name, title, company, street address, city, state, zip, phone 1, phone 2, phone 3, fax, email, web site, comments. Optional input data is available.

  • Directory is simple to use. User clicks on link to directory and can find what they are looking for by clicking on alphabetical category or entering information in search area.

Your Investment

Your investment for the program is $475 for each directory. This includes setting up a link on your web site and inserting your graphics/header on your Directory home page. Your directory will be located on our servers, which requires maintenance and updating for $17 per month.
